Services

What we're engaged for

01

Protective Transport

Transportation paired with an executive protection component. Armed or unarmed agents are assigned based on the threat picture, venue requirements, and client preference — and only where lawfully permitted for the assignment.

02

Executive & Corporate

Recurring and one-off movements for C-suite, board members, visiting delegations, and clients. Standing itineraries, named drivers, and single-point coordination with your executive assistants.

03

Group & Event

Sprinter coach service for teams, weddings, conferences, production crews, and tours. Staged loading, timed departures, and a coordinator on the phone for the duration of the event.

04

Airport & FBO Transfers

Curbside and private-terminal pickups across JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Westchester, Teterboro, and Stewart, with flight tracking and adjusted staging on delays.

05

At-Risk & Sensitive Movements

Discreet transport for individuals facing heightened exposure — separations, terminations, litigation, medical appointments, and witness or employee travel requiring extra care.

06

Advance & Route Planning

Site advances, route options, arrival and departure procedures, contingency planning, and written movement schedules delivered before the assignment begins.

Why MA1

A security company that happens to drive

MA1 came out of security and investigative work, not livery. That order matters: the movement is planned first as a security problem, then delivered as a premium travel experience.

  • Drivers vetted, background-screened, and trained on protective driving fundamentals
  • Every assignment assigned a single coordinator and a documented movement plan
  • Client itineraries, manifests, and destinations handled as confidential information
  • Direct coordination with venue security, building management, and your internal teams
  • Same-day and after-hours capability for time-critical requests
  • Post-movement confirmation and reporting available on request

How it works

Four steps from call to curb

  1. 1

    Consultation

Tell us who or what is moving, when, from where, and any security considerations. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough.

  2. 2

    Planning

We select the vehicle and staffing, build the route and timing, and confirm the plan and cost in writing.

  3. 3

    Execution

The team stages early, maintains contact with dispatch and your point of contact, and adjusts in real time.

  4. 4

    Follow-through

Arrival confirmation, any requested documentation, and a standing plan for recurring travel.
