It’s important to have our residents be aware of their surroundings, especially in common areas: Hallways, Parking areas, Storage rooms, Waste management areas, Stairwells, Laundry rooms, and Mailrooms. Maintenance Issue
Little things like burnt-out light bulbs, peeling paint, or leaky faucets might seem like easily fixable annoyances, but they can also be perceived of a less-than-attentive landlord. The last thing you want is to have a major security issue—like a broken lock or window—and wait weeks for a proper fix. Parking Issue
Is someone parked in your space that is assigned to you? Do you have a Handicapped permit and a vehicle is parked in a Handicapped Space without a permit…click on the button below and report it to security. Our Security team will respond to complaints about unauthorized vehicles parked illegally in the property’s garage, parking lot or any other designated area.
