MA1 Security uses a toll-free Phone Clock-In System to manage all employees/contractors’ schedule, time entries and notifications. Integrity Control Solutions requires all employees/contractors to submit their GPS location when clocking in/out and submitting checkpoints during their assignment. The system also allows supervisors and employee/contractors to communicate using our Two-way Voice/Text Communication System.
Employees/Contractors are encouraged to save 855-941-4223 as a contact in their mobile phone for quick access.

General Job Site Policy
As a Guard for MA1 Security, you are the face of the company and our client. All guards must act professionally and arrive with sufficient time to be in proper uniform – no jeans, sneakers, or dirty/wrinkled uniforms – at the start time of your shift. You are onsite as a visual deterrent to minimize incidents of disorderly conduct by customers, robbery, vehicle break-ins, and employee theft as well as to provide general employee and customer security.
Your general duties are to observe, deter, and report incidents. Any incident at a job site must be reported by the guard to MA1 Security within 12 hours of the incident using the Shift Report or Incident Report in the web app.
All guards must check in/out with a site manager/supervisor (where one exists) when arriving and departing job site, and when taking a break. You are also required to use the clock in/out system when going on break. 1) Click the Start Break or End Break buttons on the employee web portal. 2) Text the letter ‘b’ to your toll-free clock in number. 3) Call the toll-free clock-in number (855) 941-4223 and press 1 when prompted.
Tardiness and failing to arrive for scheduled shifts as well as excessive fraternization between MA1 Security guards and client employees is not acceptable.
