  • All Security personnel are REQUIRED to clock in and clock out from job site. Employees can use the Telephone Timesheets app, phone call, or timeclock station/Kiosk to clock in.

Clock In By App: Download the app on Apple Store or Google Play Store

    Clock In By Phone Call

    • Calls from the employee’s own mobile phone:
If the employee calls from their own mobile phone, in most cases they will hear “You have successfully checked in”. Similarly, when they call back at the end of their shift, they will hear “You have successfully checked out”.

    • Calls from jobsite phones (cellular or land line):
If the employee calls from a jobsite phone of any kind, whether land line or cellular, instead of using their own personal mobile phone, the employee will be prompted to enter their 10-digit mobile number (or optionally their employee ID number). (855) 941-4223 to clock in from your phone when other ways don’t work.

    Clock In By Timeclock Station

Stations are used when employees are required to clock in from a device at the location, rather than using their personal mobile phone.

In addition to the App Store app, there is a web version of the app that can be accessed from any device with a modern web browser at the following URL:
    https://timeclock.telephonetimesheets.com

  • Employee schedule inquiry Employees can text the letter ‘s’ to (855) 941-4223 at any time to receive a listing of their schedule for the current pay period.

    Employee hours worked inquiry
Employees can text the letter ‘t’ to Telephone Timesheets any time to receive a report of the hours they have worked.

  • We provide uniform shirts and jackets when required by the assignment. All security personnel are REQUIRED to wear the uniform shirt, black pants, and black shoes or boots. JEANS AND SNEAKERS WITH VISIBLE LOGOS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.

Security officers are REQUIRED to be well groomed and neat in appearance. Officers must not appear ungroomed, untidy, shabby, run-down, dirty, or otherwise unclean.

Grooming and appearance standards include, but are not limited to:

    • Hair: Clean, neatly trimmed or styled; hair must not impede vision or present a safety hazard. Extreme hairstyles or unnatural hair colors that detract from a professional appearance are discouraged unless approved for religious or medical reasons.

    • Facial hair: Must be neatly trimmed and maintained. Beards and mustaches must present a tidy appearance and conform to any site-specific safety requirements (such as fit with respirators).

    • Nails: Clean and trimmed. Excessively long or highly decorated nails that interfere with duty are not permitted.

    • Personal hygiene: Officers must maintain good hygiene, including regular bathing and use of deodorant.

    • Jewelry and accessories: Kept to a minimum to maintain a professional appearance and not create safety or security concerns. Visible body piercings (other than small, conservative earrings) and facial jewelry should be avoided unless approved for religious or medical reasons.

    • Tattoos: Must not display offensive, obscene, or discriminatory content. Site-specific policies may require tattoos to be covered while on duty.

    • Uniform condition: Uniforms must be clean, pressed, and in good repair. Torn, stained, or excessively worn uniforms are unacceptable.

Supervisors will conduct periodic appearance checks and may require corrective action or replacement of non-conforming items. Repeated failure to meet grooming and uniform standards may result in disciplinary action up to and including removal from assignment.

If an officer has a medical condition, religious requirement, or other legitimate reason that prevents compliance with any part of this policy, they must notify their supervisor to request reasonable accommodation and provide supporting documentation as needed.
